Thank you for purchasing our Wonderfall products.
To qualify for a refund, return the product at your expense
within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be unused, undamaged, and
in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and
process your refund, excluding the original shipping fees. A 10 percent
restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price of the
returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method. For
credit card payments, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear
on your statement.
You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is
damaged before it reaches Wonderfall or if the return is started more than 30
calendar days after the purchase date.
